Kota Montreal dan provinsi Quebec menahan napas ketika gelandang awal Alouettes Davis Alexander harus meninggalkan pertandingan pramusim hari Jumat melawan Ottawa karena cedera lutut.
Alexander sempat meninggalkan Percival Molson Memorial Stadium untuk menjalani tes pencitraan pada lututnya, namun hasilnya memastikan dia terhindar dari cedera serius.
“Saya baik-baik saja,” kata Alexander setelah pertandingan. Saya sudah menjalani rontgen dan hasilnya 100% normal. Itu hanyalah tindakan pencegahan. Jika itu adalah pertandingan musim reguler, saya akan tetap bermain.
Aku belum pernah bertemu seperti itu sebelumnya. Kakiku terentang dan seorang lelaki besar terjatuh di atasnya. Itu istimewa, tapi semuanya baik-baik saja. »
Alexander melewatkan 10 pertandingan musim reguler pada tahun 2025 karena cedera hamstring, namun ia masih berhasil memimpin Alouettes ke pertandingan Piala Gray. Cedera pemain berusia 27 tahun itu semakin parah saat pertandingan terakhir melawan Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Dia melaporkan ke kamp pelatihan tahun ini 100% pulih.
Terlepas dari cedera ini, akan mengejutkan melihat Alexander – atau sebagian besar pemain veteran – berpartisipasi dalam pertandingan pramusim terakhir minggu depan di Ottawa. Dia diperkirakan akan melakukan start berikutnya di Hamilton pada Minggu 1.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
